Allergens
All our Lamingtons contain gluten, lactose (dairy) and eggs. The only exceptions are the Chocolate Mud Cake, which is vegan, and the Lemon polenta, which is gluten free. Some flavours contain other allergens. Please check the ingredient information before ordering if you have an allergy.
We hand bake our lamingtons in a kitchen that uses nuts and ingredients containing allergens. While all care is taken we cannot guarantee that there will not be any contact with these allergens present in the kitchen. Our products are therefore sadly not suitable for those with allergies.
Our Suppliers
We bake luxurious boxes of perfectly light, pillowy lamingtons with house made jams and luscious changing flavours & fillings from scratch, daily in our Paddington bakery.
Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liquor
In Australia, coffee is more than a flavour. It’s a culture: a ritual, obsession, aesthetic, experience and community. Mr Black embodies that culture and inspires people to take their love of coffee into their evening drinks.
It’s our mission to make people care as much about coffee liqueur as they do about their morning coffee. By sourcing ethically and producing with integrity, we lift the value of coffee, improve communities, and make better drinks along the way.
